Medium Voltage Panel
Medium voltage panel provides centralized control and protection of medium-voltage power equipment and circuits in industrial, commercial, and utility installations.
Low Voltage Main Distribution Board (LVMDB)
Our low voltage panel improves reliability, increases efficiency and enhances safety with a broad portfolio of low-voltage electrical equipment that distributes monitors and manages power throughout your facility or operation.
Gen Set Synchronization Panel
We build generator control panel (GCP) with remote and local start/stop and shutdown capabilities. Depending on the amount of load, multiple diesel generators or gas engines can be used for load sharing in which case multiple GCPs are installed and a synchronization feature is added.
A generator synchronizing panel can also combine single/multiple generators to the main power system by matching the speed (frequency) and voltage, and setting the rotor angle close to the main power system phase angle prior to connecting the generators to the main power system. Gen set synchronizing panel also feature forward synchronization and back synchronization which both feature helpful to reduce the power down time.
Automatic Main Failure (“AMF”) and Automatic Transfer Switch (“ATS”) Panel
Although often used interchangeably, Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) is slightly different from Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) in a way that AMF panel also performs automatic start/stop functionality. An ATS panel uses automatic motorized or magnetic switch to change over from one power supply to another. ATS can be classified into two: electrical interlocking ATS and mechanical ATS which both serve and deliver the same functionality.
An AMF panel ensures the continuity of power by monitoring the incoming mains supply, activating the standby generator when mains power fails and making an automatic electrical transfer of the load from the mains to the generator sets. When the mains supply returns, the panel controls a return to the mains supply and shuts down the generator after a suitable cooling run.
Capacitor Bank Panel
Capacitor Banks improve the power factor by adding capacitive reactance in steps as per the power factor requirement. Capacitor Bank Panel also normally completed with detuned reactor installed to prevent further capacitor heat due to harmonics.
Motor Control Center
A motor control center (MCC) panel is simply a physical grouping of combination starters in one assembly. It usually comprises of the motor starter, fuses or circuit breaker, and a device for disconnecting power. In many instances, it may also include variable speed drives (VSDs), programmable controllers (PLCs), and metering.
Depending on the requirements you provide, we may utilize different types of motor starting such as direct online (DOL), star delta, auto transformer (auto trafo), soft starter, and VSD.
Instrument Control Panel
Instrument control panel are designed to monitor and control levels such as temperature, flow, current, and pressure from the field instruments that are connected to it. One of the example main applications of instrument control panel is water pump control.
